“No matter who you are or what you’re plagued with, you must learn to love yourself.” ~Self Quote
My medium is simply a pen and paper. My art form is storytelling. I’ve found that identifying and acknowledging our universal experiences – birth, love, betrayal, loss – we are able to more deeply connect with one another and in turn, deepen our relationship with ourselves.
In the apparent world, there seem to be many different bodies, but there is only ever one mind. I’m led to support others in uncovering where they feel disconnected, otherness, or separation and assist them in reintegrating back into the whole.
My practice arises from my own experience of feeling other than. It was through acknowledging my own unique qualities as expressions of the divine, and learning to disassociate my beliefs about the world from the world itself, that I was able to replace resentment with excitement.
