“You become. It takes a long time. That’s why it doesn’t happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don’t matter at all, because once you are real you can’t be ugly, except to people who don’t understand.” ~ from “The Velveteen Rabbit” by Margery Williams

I am a being of love and light sent here to energetically heal the wounds and trauma of the world. I’m a fierce protector of all living things and a warrior of the wounded. I believe we are all one and are connected through the invisible cosmic web of the universe.

The message that I receive most from the Universe is to be vulnerable and keep your heart open. We all experience trauma in life, like love, it connects us. It’s natural to want to curl up inside ourselves, close up or harden our hearts but in doing this we cut ourselves off from the infinite love of the universe.

In our resistance we shut down our natural energetic flow and that can cause anxiety, depression and even dis-ease. When we lean into our faith that the universe supports us and connects us to an infinite source of love, we have endless opportunities empower and enrich our lives and the lives of those around us.

The ego will tell you that you are unworthy, that you should feel guilt and shame. You are not alone, we all have these demons inside our head proclaiming that we aren’t good enough. Once you realize this is just fear, and it’s holding you back from reaching your full potential you will be able to let go and flow in to your greatest and highest good.

The reality is we all face painful events in life but staying vulnerable, truly feeling your emotions and persevering through them can lead you to even greater blessings.
